We spent a really busy weekend this weekend as we were both exhibiting and the official videographers for The Wedding Show at Powderham Castle. I had a wonderful time chatting to all the brides, while Ian thoroughly enjoyed himself playing with the Glidetrack and Steadicam. The fashion shows were all amazing. Andrew Facy is the producer and choreographer, and always did an amazing job. The show was dramatic and passionate and had the audience breathless no less than 5 times a day. Amazing Weddings were responsible for the lighting, which not only looked fabulous, but was a dream to work with!

We always have a fabulous time. The brides are wonderful and there is always a tremendous sense of excitement and anticipation. It is really a privilege to be involved in one of the momentous events of a couples life. This year we were lucky enough to be just across the aisle from the fitting rooms of Pirouette, and in our few quiet moments it was wonderful to watch the excitement of brides as they found their dream dresses. Touching also to witness quite a few tears from the Mum’s as the reality of their beautiful daughter’s getting married really started to sink in!

As always there were some fantastic exhibitors at the show. Lots of old faces that we have grown to know and love, and also some very exciting new faces.
